Descriptions

At Zebco, we offer WIKA Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges with Switch Contacts (Models: PGS23.100, PGS23.160), ideal for applications where local pressure indication and circuit switching are required.

These gauges feature adjustable switch contacts, which open or close an electric control circuit based on the pointer's position. The contacts can be set across the entire scale range (as per DIN 16085), typically mounted below the dial, though some may be located on top.

The instrument pointer moves freely, independent of the setting, while the set pointer can be adjusted using a removable key. Multiple switch contacts can be configured to a single set point, with actuation occurring when the pointer moves beyond or below the set point.

Manufactured to meet international standards, these gauges are designed for accurate pressure indication in pressure vessels.

Available with options including magnetic snap-action, reed switches, inductive, and electronic contacts, these gauges provide flexibility for various industrial environments, including hazardous areas and PLC triggering
