- The connection flanges between body and bonnet are strictly calculated based on ASME standard.
- Stronger, leak-proof bolted body bonnet joint ensures joint tightness with a higher bolting torque.
- For sizes DN650(NPS 26”)and above ,wedge guides and body guides with surface hardened.
- Longer and wider body ram guide mating surface.
- Wedge guiding minimizes seat rubbing and scuffing resulting in long cycle life.
- Body made of superior strength forgings or optional cast steel.
- Non-rotating stem.
- Hardfaced seating faces resist erosion.
- Available with provision for seal weld.
- API 622 packing suitable for low emission.
